Upon a phone consultation and agreement to work together on a case or issue, an up to date CV, resume (with recent case history) and consulting agreement with fee structure will be provided. Fees have remained the same since January 1, 2006 and a $3,500, non-refundable, retainer is required of employing law firms. A larger retainer may be requested of individuals not represented by legal counsel. Melvin is considered one of Nevada's premier real estate consultants and provides expert opinions in property litigation and disputes.
